Joe Taylor, at the time of our interview with him, was the Head Football Coach at HBCU (Historically Black Colleges & Universities) Hampton University, and he utilized unusual means to create unity and discipline on his team: his roster also sings in a gospel choir near campus. Coach Taylor has since moved on to Florida A&M University, and we wish him the best. This story aired in our December 2007 episode of "NCAA On Campus."
