Open Question: Ncaa 12 or madden 12?

I'm trying to decide which game i want. Which is a better game? Give details on why. Also does ncaa have any online play at all? I'm looking for a game that's more Player involved. I have madden 10 which is the last madden i really played. I like the NFL superstar but its so one sided and not even a challenge.
